MID-SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER – full time

As a team of experts working in the business for many years, we are busy building advanced solutions for a more sustainable world. We work with both B2C and B2B customers to cut CO2 emissions, and enable smooth integration of innovative technologies like energy storage and electric vehicles in existing properties.

i.LECO was founded in Q1-2019, with the goal to enable and speed up the needed green energy transition by means of innovative software and with a final focus on the future expected network structure of “local energy communities”.

We are looking for a MID-SENIOR full stack developer (full stack, but emphasis on backend) for our Polish team in Wroclaw.

Job description
As a full stack Developer, you will be responsible for working together with a bigger team on our energy IoT platform, which is a foundation for our innovative smart grid services. You should be able to understand the details on both the frontend & backend, but your design, and development focus will be mainly in the backend. You will work together with all stakeholders including other engineers, scientists, blockchain architects & other frontend & backend software developers. For your work focus, you will be seamlessly and virtually involved with our Polish-Belgian software team.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, software or hardware engineering or equivalent
  • You have experience in developing .NET applications (C#) 
  • Experience with software design patterns, micro services, big data architectures & close to real-time applications and hardware is highly recommended 
  • Experience with (Azure) cloud services is welcomed
  • Experience with frontend & backend architecture design & implementation.
  • Affinity to smart energy world & innovation for energy transition
  • A technical spirit with a passion for development, self education
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
  • Flexibility / adaptability
  • You are an effective communicator and have a command of English.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager.

Job description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing of the potential of existing business-relationships and acquire new customers using various sales methods. You would be focused on the smart energy world & innovative market to generate and deliver new business throughout BE & NL (this could be expanded in the future). But also, not to forget to extend and expand the sales of products and services to existing clients.

You are commercially skilled and creative. You know how to make a deal, which both parties look back on with a good feeling. At the same time, you find it important to contribute to the construction of a new sustainable energy system yourself. With all this in mind, we expect you to represent the company in the highest professional manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or any other related field
  • You have experience in sales of more complex / technical software / service products
  • Affinity with the smart energy world & innovation is a high plus
  • You are hybrid sales able to both hunter & farm and driven by targets
  • A driven spirit, passion for sales, with a high motivation, curiosity and eager to learn; positively critical.
  • Strong in building and maintaining relationships
  • Leading, managing and coordinating communication and interfaces with the customer at all levels. e.g. You can explain a technical product in understandable language for the customer.
  • Able to quickly work independently and autonomously. A lot of (home) telework doesn’t scare you.
  • Flexibility / adaptability
  • Team player
  • You are an effective communicator and have an excellent command of Flemish & English. French is a high plus.
  • You enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment
  • International minded
